Great breakfast and spacious parking area.

The room was good clean and comfortable with friendly reception staff. Good parking spots available along with nice breakfast options that opened early for early travelers.

absoluteley unacceptable, the room was tiny and the fridge was unplugged. I had to make 3 calls to reception for an extra bed and towels, which took forever. I woudl ve been thrilled with a welcome gift or at least some attentiveness for the inconvenience. I just couldn’t with this level of service, so disappointing.

I recently stayed with my family for a night, primarily to visit the historic sites nearby. The hotel had a welcoming scent, and the room was clean and spacious, which really made for a comfortable night's sleep. I appreciated the quick access to breakfast. it opened early enough for us to enjoy a meal before heading out. The highlight was definitely the enjoyable breakfast options that kept us energized for our day of exploring.

We enjoyed our family stay with our small dog at the hotel. Miss Eda was super helpful in making our check-in smooth, and our room was quite spacious, which was perfect for us and the kids.

My kids wished the breakfast had more options.

nice staff but room for improvement

Reception staff, especially Gulce, were very pleasant and welcoming during my entire stay. The room was well-maintained and equipped with a fridge, which was a big plus for keeping drinks cold. I also appreciated the complementary coffee available in the lobby. it was a nice touch that helped start the day right. I found the bathroom very clean, which is crucial for a comfortable stay.

The air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool during hotter times of the day.

Good for a quick stop

We stayed for 4 nights in a twin room. The lobby was always super hot, and the AC was kinda slow to cool down after power cuts. But the breakfast staff were great and made a decent coffee. Really liked their bar area too. Just wish they'd keep more than one towel per room. kinda odd for a double!

Solid selection for a weekend outing in Samsun with good value. Breakfast staff were really friendly and helped us sort a phone issue. Make sure to bring your own juice since there's none available at breakfast.
